Aaron Brooks & The Bone Cirkus

Aaron Brooks is an American singer/songwriter from Akron, Ohio and the former leader of the American psychedelic rock band Simeon Soul Charger. Brooks’s musical style combines the sounds of 60s/70s psychedelic rock, folk, vaudeville, and orchestral music with episodic arrangements and darkly themed lyrics presented behind a flamboyantly clad, mustachioed figure, trimmed from head to toe in a wide-brimmed black hat, bell-bottoms, and cowboy boots resembling a bygone-era Hippie D’artagnan. Brooks’s band consists of a multicultural blend of musicians including Christian Draghi (IT) on lead guitar/mandolin, Mäx Huber (DE) on drums, Benedikt Wiedemann (DE) on piano/organ, and Martin Frank (AT) on bass guitar.
