Uno July, the past, present and future of Cape Town – a trailblazing rapper from South Africa, made his mark since his 10-year tenure with his legendary group Ill Skillz, and later broke out solo in 2015 with a hit-single titled „Skelem“. Over his career, he has shared stages with global legends like Lauryn Hill, Yasiin Bey and Kendrick Lamar, while locally rubbing shoulders with top artists like AKA, Maglera Doe Boy and Stogie T. Known for his innovative music, fashion collaborations, and advocacy for mental health, Uno remains a leading voice in South Africa’s hip-hop scene, continuously pushing creative boundaries.
