Dauerausstellung

Die Archäologische Staatssammlung lädt ab 2024 dazu ein, ins Abenteuer Archäologie einzutauchen. In einer spannenden Neuinszenierung verdeutlicht das Museum anhand archäologischer Funde die Menschheitsgeschichte von der Urgeschichte bis in die Neuzeit. Dabei tragen Comics des Münchner Künstlers Frank Schmolke zur Kontextualisierung der unterschiedlichen Epochen und Zeitgeschehnisse bei. Ein unterirdischer Sonderausstellungsraum ergänzt das Museumserlebnis mit wechselnden Themen.
