Dieser Sommer wird heiter – in Münchens kleinstem Opernhaus in der Pasinger Fabrik auf jeden Fall. Die schöne Galathée wird mit ihren Launen für ordentlich Wirbel sorgen, ihr Bühnenkollegium in den Wahnsinn treiben und dem Publikum die Freudentränen in die Augen.
Mit einer kompletten Textneufassung samt humorigen Dialogen und einem Arrangement für achtköpfiges Orchester, angereichert mit passender Musik des Komponisten und seiner Zeitgenossen, kreieren jedenfalls Marcus Everding und Andreas P. Heinzmann ein perfektes Werk für das vielfältige Publikum von Münchens kleinstem Opernhaus. Claudia Weinhart versetzt die Geschichte in ein Atelier-Loft mit reizenden Technikeffekten und schließt mit ihren Kostümen den Kreis zur schönen Helena.
